Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookies
- â…“ cup melted butter
- 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cacao), melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted dark chocolate, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra indulgence, serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. To make gluten-free, substitute chocolate cookies with gluten-free cookies.
