Description

A rich and creamy tart that combines the bittersweet flavor of dark chocolate with warm pumpkin spices, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • â…“ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cacao), melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted dark chocolate, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  6. Bake for an additional 30 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
