Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onion, tomato, and green pepper in a skillet until softened.
