Description

A no-bake banana pudding layered with creamy pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies, perfect for warm days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (8.8 oz) Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • Lemon juice (for preventing browning)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In a clear dish or glasses, start layering the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of banana slices and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped topping.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with extra Biscoff crumbles and banana slices before serving.
