Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons blackening spice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with the blackening spice.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and sear the shrimp until charred, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the pan and sauté until tender.
