Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons blackening spice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with the blackening spice.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and sear the shrimp until charred, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the pan and sauté until tender.
