Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened (450g)
 - 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold (360ml)
 - 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
 - Extra drizzle of caramel
 - Cinnamon or apple pie spice (optional)
 - Fresh apple slices (tossed in lemon water to prevent browning)
 - Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or pretzels
 
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
 - Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
 - In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
 - Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish.
 - Pour the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and spread it to cover.
 - Top with chopped nuts, a dusting of cinnamon, and an extra caramel drizzle.
 - Arrange the apple slices, cookies, or pretzels around the dip and enjoy!
