Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold (360ml)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Extra drizzle of caramel
  • Cinnamon or apple pie spice (optional)
  • Fresh apple slices (tossed in lemon water to prevent browning)
  • Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or pretzels


Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish.
  6. Pour the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and spread it to cover.
  7. Top with chopped nuts, a dusting of cinnamon, and an extra caramel drizzle.
  8. Arrange the apple slices, cookies, or pretzels around the dip and enjoy!
