Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup cookie butter
- Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
- Chopped cookies or candied nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; mix well and press into the bottom of cups.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar and cookie butter until well blended.
- Layer the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Garnish with whipped cream, cookie butter drizzle, and optional toppings before serving.
