Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates – soft, large, and naturally sweet
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese – creamy and slightly tangy
  • 2 tablespoons honey – floral and golden
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils – for color and crunch
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt – optional
  • Optional add-ins: chopped pistachios, walnuts, orange zest, or fresh herbs


Instructions

  1. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise on one side and remove the pit, keeping the date intact.
  2. Let the dates soften slightly at room temperature.
  3. Use a spoon or a piping bag to fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of mascarpone cheese.
  4. Lightly drizzle honey over each stuffed date.
  5. Add a few pomegranate seeds for a festive crunch and tang.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, nuts, or fresh herbs for added flavor.
