Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates – soft, large, and naturally sweet
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese – creamy and slightly tangy
- 2 tablespoons honey – floral and golden
- ¼ cup pomegranate arils – for color and crunch
- Pinch of flaky sea salt – optional
- Optional add-ins: chopped pistachios, walnuts, orange zest, or fresh herbs
Instructions
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise on one side and remove the pit, keeping the date intact.
- Let the dates soften slightly at room temperature.
- Use a spoon or a piping bag to fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of mascarpone cheese.
- Lightly drizzle honey over each stuffed date.
- Add a few pomegranate seeds for a festive crunch and tang.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, nuts, or fresh herbs for added flavor.
