Instructions
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add pumpkin puree and mix until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes or until edges are set and slightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
