Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red beans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • Water as needed
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Prepare red bean paste by boiling and mashing the red beans until smooth.
  2. Mix glutinous rice flour with enough water to form a dough.
  3. Take a small amount of dough, flatten it, and place a scoop of red bean filling in the center.
  4. Carefully wrap the dough around the filling and shape it into a ball.
  5. Roll each ball in sesame seeds until fully coated.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the sesame balls in batches until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.

Notes
