Ingredients
- 1 cup red beans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- Water as needed
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare red bean paste by boiling and mashing the red beans until smooth.
- Mix glutinous rice flour with enough water to form a dough.
- Take a small amount of dough, flatten it, and place a scoop of red bean filling in the center.
- Carefully wrap the dough around the filling and shape it into a ball.
- Roll each ball in sesame seeds until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sesame balls in batches until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
