Description

A creamy and comforting salmon chowder that blends sautéed vegetables, fresh salmon, and a rich broth, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, cut into chunks
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery, sauté until soft.
  2. Add diced potatoes and broth, bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in corn and salmon, cook until salmon is just cooked through.
