Description

A delicious and healthy sugar-free banana bread made with ripe bananas for natural sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vegetable oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
