A delicious and healthy sugar-free banana bread made with ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vegetable oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding spices like nutmeg or cardamom.
