Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 cups water
- Sushi-grade fish (like salmon, tuna, or crab)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1/4 cup furikake
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the sushi rice according to package directions.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Once rice is cooked, layer it in a baking dish.
- Top the rice with chopped sushi-grade fish, sliced avocado, and drizzle with a mixture of mayo and sriracha.
- Sprinkle furikake on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
