Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 4 cups water
  • Sushi-grade fish (like salmon, tuna, or crab)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1/4 cup furikake
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package directions.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Once rice is cooked, layer it in a baking dish.
  5. Top the rice with chopped sushi-grade fish, sliced avocado, and drizzle with a mixture of mayo and sriracha.
  6. Sprinkle furikake on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
