Ingredients
- 6 cups tortilla chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and brown the ground beef; season with salt and pepper.
- On a baking sheet, arrange a layer of tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle cooked beef evenly over the chips.
- Add a generous layer of Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese on top.
