Description
Delicious salmon bites coated in a crispy layer and tossed in a spicy, creamy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon, cubed
 - 1/2 cup cornstarch
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 cup bang bang sauce (store-bought or homemade)
 - Vegetable oil for frying
 - Chopped green onions for garnish
 - Cilantro for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Cube the fresh salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
 - In a bowl, toss the salmon with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well coated.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
 - Add salmon pieces in batches, frying until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
 - Remove and drain on paper towels.
 - Toss the crispy salmon bites in bang bang sauce.
 - Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired, and serve immediately.
 
Notes
For extra flavor, make extra bang bang sauce for dipping. Ensure oil is hot for a crispy coating.
