Description

Delicious salmon bites coated in a crispy layer and tossed in a spicy, creamy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup bang bang sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cube the fresh salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  4. Add salmon pieces in batches, frying until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Toss the crispy salmon bites in bang bang sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, make extra bang bang sauce for dipping. Ensure oil is hot for a crispy coating.
