Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of carrots, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the carrots in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and gently smash each carrot with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
