Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith)
  • 2 cups grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or yogurt for creaminess)


Instructions

  1. Wash apples and grapes thoroughly.
  2. Cube the apples into bite-sized pieces and slice the grapes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chopped fruits with pecans and dried cranberries.
  4. Add lemon juice and honey (or yogurt) and mix gently.
