Ingredients
- 4 medium apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith)
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (or yogurt for creaminess)
Instructions
- Wash apples and grapes thoroughly.
- Cube the apples into bite-sized pieces and slice the grapes in half.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped fruits with pecans and dried cranberries.
- Add lemon juice and honey (or yogurt) and mix gently.
- Let the salad chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
