Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a non-stick pan, sauté the cod fillets in olive oil until golden brown.
- Blend roasted red peppers, garlic, and heavy cream until smooth to form the sauce.
