Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a non-stick pan, sauté the cod fillets in olive oil until golden brown.
