Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, rosemary, and garlic.
- Add warm water and stir until combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and grease it with olive oil.
- Pour the dough into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check doneness with a thermometer; it should reach 190°F (88°C).
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
