Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Blue food coloring

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll the chilled mixture into small balls.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler and add blue food coloring.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate coating, then allow excess to drip off.
- Garnish with edible glitter or sprinkles and let set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
