Ingredients
- 1 loaf Sourdough Bread
- 8 ounces Brie Cheese
- 1 cup Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Thyme (fresh or dried)
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the sourdough bread into cubes without slicing all the way through, keeping the bottom connected.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and pour the herb butter mixture over the bread, ensuring it seeps into the cracks.
- Stuff the small pieces of Brie cheese into the cracks of the bread.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce generously into the openings of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and the bread is golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add cooked bacon, nuts, or other cheeses for a twist. Fresh herbs will enhance the flavor.
