Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Marinate in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped basil for 15 minutes.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Pan-fry the cutlets for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
