Description
A quick and flavorful dish featuring salmon marinated in a sweet mango teriyaki sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
 - 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
 - 1 ripe mango, diced
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Rice or quinoa, for serving
 - Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish
 
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon in a mixture of teriyaki sauce and diced mango for 10 minutes.
 - Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
 - Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes.
 - Transfer the salmon to the broiler and cook until caramelized and cooked through.
 - Serve with rice or quinoa and garnish with fresh herbs.
 
Notes
For best results, use wild-caught salmon and let the salmon marinate for a longer period if possible.
