Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring salmon marinated in a sweet mango teriyaki sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Rice or quinoa, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon in a mixture of teriyaki sauce and diced mango for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the salmon to the broiler and cook until caramelized and cooked through.
  5. Serve with rice or quinoa and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes
