Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 spring onions (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil


Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the ripe mango.
  2. Combine the mango with teriyaki sauce to create a glossy glaze.
  3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down, cooking for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  5. Flip the salmon and cook for another 4-5 minutes until flaky and moist.
  6. Spoon the mango teriyaki glaze over the salmon in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped spring onions before serving.
