Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round pan.
- Cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
