Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl to activate the yeast.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Add in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  4. Form a dough and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
