Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl to activate the yeast.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Add in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
- Form a dough and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
