Description

Delicious Italian Sandwich Sliders filled with layered deli meats and melted cheese, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 8 oz salami
  • 8 oz ham
  • 8 oz provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: thin sliced pepperoncini or roasted red peppers


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the slider rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Layer with salami, ham, and cheese, adding optional pepperoncini or roasted red peppers if desired.
  4. Whisk together Italian dressing, melted butter, oregano, and garlic powder; brush half over roll bottoms and the rest on cut tops.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 2–4 minutes to brown the tops.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice between rolls, and serve warm.

Notes

Brush the tops with garlic butter for extra flavor and a golden finish.
