Description
Warm, fruity, and endlessly festive, Jingle Juice Holiday Punch combines tart cranberry with bright citrus and a touch of fizz, perfect for winter gatherings.
Ingredients
- 4 cups (960 ml) cranberry juice
- 4 cups (960 ml) pineapple juice, chilled
- 2 cups (480 ml) orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 liter ginger ale or club soda, chilled (add just before serving)
- 1 cup (240 ml) light rum or vodka (optional)
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (or 3 tbsp honey dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water, adjust to taste)
- Garnish: 1 cup frozen cranberries, 1 orange sliced thin, rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or 3-quart beverage dispenser, stir together cranberry, pineapple, and orange juices with simple syrup and alcohol (if using).
- Cover and chill at 34–40°F for 1–4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Just before serving, add the chilled ginger ale or club soda and stir gently to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness.
- Add frozen cranberries and orange slices for garnish.
Notes
Chill all liquid ingredients for best results. Use frozen fruit to keep the punch cold without watering it down. Adjust sweetness to personal preference by adding simple syrup in small increments.
