Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai chili sauce
  • Boston or butter lettuce leaves
  • Cilantro or mint, for garnish
  • Optional: shredded carrots or bell peppers


Instructions

  1. Sauté minced garlic and ginger in a large skillet until fragrant.
  2. Add ground chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  3. Season chicken with soy sauce and adjust with additional spices as desired.
