Ingredients
- 1 (4-6 pound) turkey breast
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cranberry juice, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Marinate the turkey breast in the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the marinated turkey in a roasting pan and brush it with some of the glaze.
- Roast the turkey for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), brushing with glaze several times.
- Let the turkey rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with fresh cranberries and orange slices.
