  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Fresh thyme, for stuffing
  • 1 lemon, halved

Instructions

  2. Pat the hens dry and season generously inside and out with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stuff each hen with half a lemon and a few sprigs of fresh thyme.
