Ingredients
- 1 lb pre-cooked shrimp
- 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup spicy salsa
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocado, and salsa.
- Toss all the ingredients with a generous squeeze of lime juice.
- Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Serve in chilled glasses garnished with lime wedges and cilantro.
