An exciting treat that combines soft donuts with creamy cheesecake filling and tasty Oreos, perfect for impressing friends or enjoying a fun dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 ¼ tsp yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 8 Oreos, crushed
- 12 baked donuts
- 6 tbsp Nutella
- 6 tbsp whipped cream
- Extra Oreos, crushed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it foam for a few minutes.
- Add flour, salt, melted butter, and the egg. Knead the mixture until it’s smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut out circle shapes. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the donuts in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the donuts are cooling, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreos and chill the filling.
- Slice the cooled donuts in half. Spread the cheesecake filling and Nutella on the tops. Close them like burgers.
- Top with whipped cream and extra crushed Oreos. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave for a warm treat.
