Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 1/4 cups hot water


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare couscous by adding hot water and letting it sit according to package instructions.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
