Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare couscous by adding hot water and letting it sit according to package instructions.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest before slicing and serve on top of couscous.
