Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake balls made with peanut butter, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • ¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed whole-grain graham crackers
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts or flaxseed (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in the crushed graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. If desired, dip the balls in melted chocolate or roll them in chopped nuts or seeds.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm.
