Description

Delightful personal-sized dessert combining rich brownies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for cheesecake)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Muffin liners (for baking)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place muffin liners in a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder to make the brownie batter.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Layer brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling halfway.
  5. Top with cheesecake filling, filling each cup to the top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until the edges are set.
  7. Cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature with desired toppings.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and do not overmix the brownie batter.
