Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar (for cheesecake)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Muffin liners (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place muffin liners in a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder to make the brownie batter.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Layer brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling halfway.
- Top with cheesecake filling, filling each cup to the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the edges are set.
- Cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with desired toppings.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and do not overmix the brownie batter.
