Description

A fun, spicy twist on a classic appetizer, these Mango Habanero Cauliflower Wings combine sweet and spicy flavors, making them perfect for any gathering or casual dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ripe mango, pitted and peeled
  • 1-2 habanero peppers, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and salt.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, until crispy.
  4. While the cauliflower is roasting, blend mango, habanero peppers, lime juice, and honey in a food processor until smooth.
  5. Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss it in the mango-habanero sauce until well-coated.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges.
