Description

Delicious and creamy maple fudge that melts in your mouth, perfect for the fall season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, heavy cream, butter, and sugar.
  2. Heat the mixture while stirring gently until it reaches the soft-ball stage (around 235°F or 113°C).
  3. Once at temperature, cool briefly, then beat the mixture until it thickens and becomes creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined pan and allow it to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Use a candy thermometer for accurate temperature control. Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before beating for a smooth finish.
