Description

A rich and buttery maple fudge that captures the essence of fall with its lusciously creamy texture and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a soft-ball stage (around 235°F or 113°C).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour into a prepared pan and let it set.

Notes

Use real maple syrup for the best flavor and utilize a candy thermometer for accuracy.
