Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 fresh Salmon fillets


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, chopped dill, and salt until well combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the maple mustard mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
