Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped Dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 fresh Salmon fillets
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, chopped dill, and salt until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the maple mustard mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
