An easy and delicious way to enjoy a blend of cheeses marinated in herbs and spices, perfect for parties or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Balls
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (e.g., basil, thyme)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (whole or minced)
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 cup Pitted Olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the feta and goat cheese into cubes if they aren’t already.
  2. In a clean mason jar, layer the different cheeses. Start with the mozzarella balls, followed by the feta and goat cheese.
  3. If using olives, add them to the jar.
  4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, chili flakes, lemon zest, and black peppercorns.
  5. Pour the mixture over the cheese in the jar until covered.
  6. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, preferably up to a week for the best flavor.

Notes

Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables and drizzle some marinating oil on top for added flavor. Keep refrigerated and covered in oil to maintain freshness for up to two weeks.
