Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, being careful not to deflate it.
- Swirl in the raspberry puree.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
