Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar


Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, being careful not to deflate it.
  4. Swirl in the raspberry puree.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve in individual glasses for a stunning presentation. Top with fresh raspberries and a mint leaf.
