Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 12 ounces cooked pasta
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, marinara sauce, and half of the cheeses.
- Layer the browned meats on top and sprinkle remaining cheese over the entire dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
