Description

A hearty Meat Lovers Casserole packed with savory meats, rich cheeses, and comforting carbs, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 12 ounces cooked pasta
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms)
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, marinara sauce, and half of the cheeses.
  4. Layer the browned meats on top and sprinkle remaining cheese over the entire dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For gluten-free, replace pasta with gluten-free alternatives. You can also mix different types of cheese for enhanced flavor.
