Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a muffin tin.
- Mix the flour, sugar, and butter to create the dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
- Shape the circles into cups in the muffin tin.
- Bake until golden brown and allow to cool.
- In a bowl, whip together ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Once the shells are cool, pipe or spoon in the ricotta filling.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
