Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, and butter to create the dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
  4. Shape the circles into cups in the muffin tin.
  5. Bake until golden brown and allow to cool.
  6. In a bowl, whip together ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  7. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Once the shells are cool, pipe or spoon in the ricotta filling.
