Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, Biscoff spread, and yogurt, mixing until incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
