Ingredients
- 1 pound ground meat (lamb, beef, or turkey)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk or water (for soaking breadcrumbs)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak breadcrumbs in milk or water for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat with soaked breadcrumbs, spices, herbs, and egg.
- Shape the mixture into equal-sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
