Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground meat (lamb, beef, or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk or water (for soaking breadcrumbs)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Soak breadcrumbs in milk or water for a few minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground meat with soaked breadcrumbs, spices, herbs, and egg.
  4. Shape the mixture into equal-sized meatballs.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
