Delicious and easy cheesy bites wrapped in soft tortillas, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 slices Flour Tortillas
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 can Diced Green Chilies
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 1 medium Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne (optional)
- 1/2 cup Basil Pesto
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, 1 cup sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture on a flour tortilla and roll tightly to form a log.
- Repeat for all tortillas and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and heated through.
- Prepare a dipping sauce by mixing the remaining ½ cup of sour cream with desired toppings or seasonings.
- Let cooked antojitos cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
Serve warm with a creamy dipping sauce. Can be customized with different fillings.
