Description

Delicious and easy cheesy bites wrapped in soft tortillas, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices Flour Tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Basil Pesto
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, 1 cup sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until well combined.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on a flour tortilla and roll tightly to form a log.
  4. Repeat for all tortillas and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and heated through.
  6. Prepare a dipping sauce by mixing the remaining ½ cup of sour cream with desired toppings or seasonings.
  7. Let cooked antojitos cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Serve warm with a creamy dipping sauce. Can be customized with different fillings.
