Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

- Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Buns or rolls, for serving

Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for maximum crispiness.
- Dunk the chicken in egg wash and coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt and garlic powder.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Toast the buns or rolls in the oven until lightly browned.
- Spread Caesar dressing on the toasted bread, then layer with crispy chicken, Romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.

Notes
