Description

Cheesy, buttery biscuits filled with gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch it to seal it tightly.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and add minced garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  7. Dip each cheese-filled biscuit into the garlic butter mixture, coating well.
  8. Place the biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each biscuit.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
