Description
Cheesy, buttery biscuits filled with gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for parties or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round shape.
- Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch it to seal it tightly.
- In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and add minced garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Dip each cheese-filled biscuit into the garlic butter mixture, coating well.
- Place the biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each biscuit.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
