Delicious shrimp cooked effortlessly on a Blackstone griddle, featuring garlic, lemon, and butter flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with paprika, half of the minced garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Allow the griddle to get hot and then melt unsalted butter until it is sizzling.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the griddle. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are curled and opaque.
- Scatter the remaining minced garlic over the shrimp and add more butter if desired. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss everything together.
- Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with rice, salad, or pasta. Pair with lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
