Description

Delicious shrimp cooked effortlessly on a Blackstone griddle, featuring garlic, lemon, and butter flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with paprika, half of the minced garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Allow the griddle to get hot and then melt unsalted butter until it is sizzling.
  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the griddle. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are curled and opaque.
  4. Scatter the remaining minced garlic over the shrimp and add more butter if desired. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss everything together.
  5. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with rice, salad, or pasta. Pair with lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
