Description

Juicy and tender steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any meat lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Top Sirloin Steak
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and black pepper, ensuring even coating.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned to your desired doneness.
  5. Remove steak bites from skillet and set aside on a plate.
  6. In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter and Parmesan sauce.
  9. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding Worcestershire sauce or red pepper flakes to the sauce. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan while cooking the steak.
